Lives-sharing issue — ongoing & recommended workaround

Our team is investigating, but in the meantime you can switch to a King account to avoid the problem or try updating and logging back into Facebook. This article explains both options step by step so you can keep playing without interruptions.

We’re aware the lives-sharing feature has been unavailable for some time. If you see this error:

“Sorry, this feature isn’t available right now: An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later.”

we’re still investigating the Facebook-related problem. To restore full lives-sharing now, you can:

Switch to a King account

If you switch to a King account, you will

• Bypass the Facebook connection (and the lives sharing problem)
• Sync progress across phone, tablet, and PC
• Use secure email/password login

To switch or create a King account:

• Open Game settings and select Create King Account or Log in with King Account.
• Follow the prompts to set up or enter your credentials.
• Link your existing progress when prompted.

Continue with Facebook

If you don't want to switch to a King account, you can try to solve the issue by doing this: 

• Update the game to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play
• Log out of the game (no uninstall needed)
• Restart your device
• Log back in with your Facebook account
